The Astras' New Outfit

Power Maxed Racing are mixing it up more than ever this weekend at Silverstone, with Rob Huff in Chilton’s Astra and Proctor pushing harder than ever to take home a Jack Sears Trophy win. But there’s another change, and it’s in the appearance of both Astras…



The Bonnets Aren’t Yellow Any More
As a symbol that Power Maxed Racing is available for sponsorship by brands of any image (not just yellow and white), fans will notice both PMR Vauxhall Astras sporting a lovely red gradient on the bonnet and a red Automotive Brands logo.

With Automotive Brands being the parent company of Power Maxed, Steel Seal and Power Maxed Racing, this logo was chosen because it shows the world of potential sponsors that PMR are not afraid to move away from the yellow-and-white look which they currently wear.

Is This Permanent?
Word around the circuit is that there will be another dramatic change to the livery courtesy of a new sponsor for the final races at Brands Hatch, but the changes have not been announced in detail yet.
