Power Maxed form Partnership with Maximum Networks
Power Maxed Racing have today announced their partnership with Maximum Networks. A Sister company to Maximum Motorsport, they are no stranger to the BTCC paddock, with CEO Stewart Lines taking to the wheel of his own Ford Focus NGTC car, until his departure at the close of the 2017 season.
The Maximum Networks logo will appear on the Sterling Insurance with Power Maxed Racing Vauxhall Astras, piloted by two-time champion Jason Plato and former Independent Champion Rob Collard, throughout the 2019 season.
Having competed in the VW Cup since 2016, Power Maxed Racing are no stranger to the championship, with a number of heavily modified Polos built by the team still being used in anger. For 2019, Power Maxed will be represented on every vehicle in the highly-competitive and well-respected series, after joining as a Championship Partner.
As part of the partnership, Maximum Networks are carrying out a full overhaul of the communications structure within Automotive Brands Group, manufacturers of the Power Maxed car care range, and Steel Seal head-gasket fix. Automotive Brands, who distribute to more than 3,000 motor factors across the UK, are currently moving into their new, purpose-built bottling plant, and the state-of-the-art communications system is an integral part of the next stage in the company’s development.
Automotive Brands MD Adam Weaver, Sterling Insurance with Power Maxed Racing Team Principal said “We have worked with Stewart and the Maximum companies since the inception of the team, and have always been impressed with the quality of the work they put out. With Automotive Brands growing at the speed it has, we were getting to the point where we were very much in need of an updated comms infrastructure, and with Maximum’s record of innovation, it was a bit of a no-brainer.”
Maximum Network’s Stuart Lines stated “Maximum Networks have a history of supplying Motorsport teams and associated businesses with cutting edge voice and data solutions. This new partnership with PMR not only strengthens our presence in this marketplace, but will also allow our Motorsport alliance to flourish in the future.”
Fans will get their first glimpse at the eagerly anticipated Sterling Insurance with Power Maxed Racing Vauxhall Astras, bearing the Maximum logo, at the series’ Media Day, taking place at Kent’s Brands Hatch on the 27th of March.
