Power Maxed Racing Heads to Snetterton for Rounds 7, 8 & 9 of the 2026 BTCC Season
Power Maxed Racing heads to Snetterton this weekend for Rounds 7, 8 & 9 of the 2026 Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship season, with both the LKQ Euro Car Parts with Power Maxed Racing and Steel Seal with Power Maxed Racing entries carrying strong momentum into the Norfolk circuit.
Following encouraging performances across the opening rounds at Donington Park and Brands Hatch, the team arrives at Snetterton firmly in contention across multiple championship battles as the 2026 season continues to gather momentum.
The LKQ Euro Car Parts with Power Maxed Racing entry has enjoyed an impressive start to the campaign and currently sits second in the overall Teams' Championship following a consistent run of results, including a podium finish and two Independent victories at Brands Hatch last time out.
Snetterton also holds special significance for Doble, with the Norfolk circuit being the venue where he secured his maiden BTCC victory during Race Three in 2025. Returning to the circuit carrying strong early-season momentum, Doble also leads the Independent Drivers' Championship, underlining the form shown throughout the opening rounds of the season.
Team-mate Aiden Moffat remains firmly in the championship fight, sitting sixth overall in the Drivers' standings and second in the Independent Drivers' Championship. The Scotsman has continued to demonstrate strong pace and consistency across the opening weekends despite operating under reduced boost allocations following his early-season success.
The LKQ Euro Car Parts with Power Maxed Racing programme also heads to Snetterton leading the Indepdendent Teams' Championship after a highly competitive opening phase of the season.
On the other side of the garage, Dexter Patterson and the Steel Seal with Power Maxed Racing entry continue to show strong progression throughout the 2026 campaign. Patterson currently sits 11th in the overall Drivers' Championship and second in the Jack Sears Trophy standings following several encouraging performances during the opening rounds.
The Steel Seal with Power Maxed Racing programme currently holds fifth position in the Independent Teams' Championship and eighth overall in the Teams' standings, with the team aiming to continue building momentum heading into the weekend.
Snetterton presents a very different challenge compared to Brands Hatch Indy, with its long straights, technical infield sections and heavy braking zones placing increased emphasis on car setup, tyre management and race consistency across all three races. The circuit's mix of high-speed sections and technical corners has traditionally produced close racing and unpredictable strategies, making consistency across the weekend more important than ever.
With the BTCC field continuing to prove incredibly competitive throughout the opening rounds, Power Maxed Racing heads into the weekend targeting further podium finishes, strong championship points and continued progress across both sides of the garage.
The team will continue to provide updates throughout the Snetterton weekend across its social media channels, including behind the scenes coverage, session updates, race results and partner activations from the circuit.
