The PWR intercooler design uses a unique stepped core which is manufactured using a combination of 55mm tube width and the 42mm tube width. This increases the core face area by 26% along with increased airflow through the cooler with PWR’s high flow extruded tube giving improved throttle response.
Fully engineered and manufactured in Australia, incorporating CNC machined billet aluminium outlets with unique ribbed design helps eliminate hose blow-off issues experienced with other kits. High quality constant tension Murray Clamps are also included.
The PWR unit is a direct fit replacement accepting the original boost pressure sensor, with only slight trimming of the removable plastic air ducts being the only modification required. The kit comes with all hoses & hard pipes necessary.

Every kit includes PWR’s step-by-step installation guide for D.I.Y Hilux owners or have it fitted by a preferred PWR fitter along with a tune at the same time.
